Gerald Marsden has been with EisnerLubin llp since 1963. He became a partner in 1973 and has served on the executive committee since 1976. Jerry has expertise in accounting and auditing services for privately held companies in the real estate, finance, manufacturing, distribution, service, not-for-profit and retail industries. In addition, he has been instrumental in advising companies on growth strategies.
Jerry takes pride in EisnerLubin’s strong, enduring ties with clients. “Our partners’ relations with our clients are built on both a business and personal level. Some of these relationships have continued from generation to generation,” he says.
Jerry served on the Real Estate Committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Accountants and has served on various committees of these organizations.
Jerry is a frequent speaker at industry events and contributes to trade publications. He is also involved with several charitable organizations both on Long Island and New York City. Jerry received his B.S. in accounting from Hunter College of the City University of New York.
Jerry resides on Long Island with his wife. When not traveling, they enjoy spending time with their children and five grandsons.
